Adhesive tape bundling, flat position products
Our machines are available in single, double and triple lane in order to better meet your needs.
Our patented systems allow the use of two types of consumables in rolls, the classic reels where the width of the roll corresponds to the width of the adhesive tape applied to the bundle, and the wide reels where the width of the roll corresponds to the length of the applied adhesive tape.
This last innovative format allows much faster format changes (just change the roll) and tenfold autonomy.
MULTIPACK - 35-90 L
- High speed bundling with adhesive tape wrapping around the product.
- Cadence: up to 60 cycles/min/lane.
- Wide format, autonomy is up to 10 times longer than the classic reel.
MULTIPACK - 40 R
- Bundling with adhesive tape wrapping around the product.
- Cadence: up to 30 cycles/min/lane.
- Classic reel.

Options & Technologies
Control Panel
HMI allows to set up the machine, to adjust the differents settings, to change formats or access admin’s parameters in the user’s language.
Emergency stop is available next to the touchscreen. The control panel keeps the operator informed of all relevant operating states.
Automatic Splicing
The unwinder ensure an homogeneous adhesive distribution in the machine circuit, it is securised with an electromagnetic brake for consumable replacements. Easy access for maintenance operations.
The double unwinder allows quick changeover of adhesive reels, and can also be fitted with an automatic splicing system for uninterrupted production while consumables are being refilled.
Stainless Steel
Protected from limited dust ingress. Protected from water spray from any direction.
The materials used to construct the machinery make it a strong and effective tool for heavy use.
